Deepwater Indicator Workshop
Northern California Waters - Lake Almanor
We are proud to offer workshops to help our guests hone their angling skills with hands-on and on-the-water training in a friendly atmosphere.
Our workshops are like a fly-fishing mini-camp. Each student will enjoy personalized instruction to reinforce fundamental fly-fishing skills and expand their angling knowledge.
These workshops include instruction on rigging and presentation, as well as hands-on experience on the water.
Deepwater Indicator Workshop
Deepwater Indicator Workshop is designed to give the fly fisher the rigging setup and hands-on training.
This workshop will be held at Lake Almanor. This system is designed to fish up to 35 feet deep. The two-hour class will include the rigging of the Deepwater Indicators set up by the students in the first hour, and the next hour will be the students fishing the system off the LGC’s boat. The class will give the students fly-fishers the confidence to use this system. All terminal tackle is included.
