Brett’s Klamath River Intruder Orange/Brown Size 4
Brett’s Klamath River Intruder is a fly I found to be productive on the Feather River at first and then found it just as good on the Yuba swinging for both trout and steelhead. Brett Jensen created this fly for the Klamath River, but it fishes well everywhere. I swing this fly on a long 12-foot 3X Fluorocarbon tapered leader.
This fly is one of my go-to flies to swing on the Yuba and dead drift it on Putah Creek to imitate a swimming crayfish. A perfect fly.
